Friends Stick Together

Hi Everyone! I am so excited and honored to be a Guest Designer this month! So today I am bringing you this really cute and fun project called Friends Stick Together.

These adorable little guys are from a set called Stand Tall, Together. I stampsed these cuties out on xpressit cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them up using Copics. Then for the background I wanted to put them out in dryish grasslands. Yes I used to love Meerkat Manor when it was on. So I did the background also using Copics. Then I stamped the sentiment in Memento Rich Cocoa. Add a die for the border and some cute papers fromDoodlebug At The Zoo and there you have it!

Copics Used:
Sky: B0000, B000, B00, B01
Dry Grasses  E21, E42, E43, E53
Little Cuties: E11, E13, E15, E17

Hugs,

Judy

Serenity is Peace BDD and Unity Collaboration

Hey, everyone! It's Lynnea and I have a video for the Beth Duff Designs YouTube channel today using two of the new collaboration stamp sets between Beth Duff Designs and Unity Stamp Co! Serenity is Peace and Peppermint Mocha are two of my favorite sets from the collaboration! I made a card using both of the sets and CASEd one of my cards that I made for the blog hop a few days ago! Scroll to the bottom for the video!

I used a new-to-me product for the background of this card - Nuvo Mousse! This product has been on the market for quite some time, but I'm a newbie! And I LOVE how versatile it is! I used the Aquamarine color and added some water to the mousse to add a blob of watercolor to a piece of watercolor cardstock. I love how shimmery and shiny it is! Super metallic! And it dries so quickly! I wanted my background to appear snowy, so I used the Falling Snow stencil from Simon Says Stamp and an ink blending foam with the Gunmetal Gray color of mousse.

I stamped the girl ima…

It's a Collab!! Beth Duff Designs and Unity!

What do you do when one of your crafting heroes asks you to work with them? You say yes of course!

I met Angela, Nic, and Whit at JunkieFest this year and was so excited when they asked if I would like to do a collaboration with them!

We talked and worked together and this release we put together 6 separate kits for Unity and Beth Duff Designs fans!

Not only that but We have TWO amazing Unity filled prize packages to give away. Leave a comment on EACH design team member’s blog in the hop for your chance to win.

Now for this collaboration I was so excited that I made several cards that I want to share with you!

This card was made with the kit Let Your Hair Down. It's water colored and simply stamped with a layered colored paper in the background!

This card uses the tree and sentiment from Serenity is Peace and I popped up the trees to give a little bit of dimension.

For this card I used the flowers from Choose What to Become and created a loose water color background. The sentime…

Be Happy

Hello Unicorn Friends - Annie here with a happy rainbow panda card.
I figured even pandas want to be unicorns right!?  I made this pandacorn by combining Cuddle like a Panda set and Unicorn Farts set

I started by stamping both the panda and unicorn with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto Marker Paper. I colored the images with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. I only colored the Horn, Mane and tail of the unicorn in a rainbow of course. A bit of IG2 for the panda. Next, I cut away the mane and tail from the unicorn and toss out the rest. I then adhered them to the panda. Now, I have a Pandacorn!
I then die cut some clouds, grass and rainbow - set them aside. Next, I cut a card front panel - (A2 size 4-1/4" x 5-1/2") and added a bit of Distress ink in Salty Ocean for my sky. Then, I adhered the grass, rainbow and clouds to the front panel. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Cuddle like a Panda set to the panel on the left side. I also stamped an additional sentiment from the …

You're Magical

Hi ... It's Niccole, thank you for stopping by.
Today I have a card featuring the stamp set Don't Believe In Humans by Beth Duff Designs

It is pretty simple card with pattern paper, some die cutting, and some Copic coloring. The sentiment on the front is an older BDD stamp set called Unicorn Farts. I thought the sentiment "You're Magical" fit perfect for this card. I used a die I had called
Pop Up Circle Confetti Cuts.  I love how it cuts only a half circle.

The Copics I used to color the cat (which is from Don't Believe in Humans) are C8, C6, C4, C2, and C0. For the horn I used RV4, RV2, and RV00. I also used my favorite white pen to hand draw on the hearts for some added detail.
The inside sentiment is from the set Don't Believe in Humans.

The great thing about this card is it fits into a A2 envelope. At the center with  the circle it measures at 4.25" but the fold of the card is actually at 2.75".

This card was a lot of fun to create…

Game Time Football Card

Hi, everyone! It's Lynnea! My family loves football! How about yours? Of course we like different teams, so today I made a card with the Beth Duff Designs Game Time stamp set for my husband using his team colors and I even tweaked the stamps a bit to customize them to his team!

I started by drawing some pencil lines about 5/8" and 1 1/4" from the bottom and used my Gansai Tambi watercolors in Mid Yellow and Black to add some small vertical stripes in two rows across my card. Make sure you don't watercolor over the pencil lines or you won't be able to erase them! I stamped the three images from the Game Time stamp set and used some washi tape to mask off the "77" that was on the jersey and used a Copic Multiliner to draw in the "7" as well as the emblem on the helmet. I added a sentiment and popped up my images with foam tape!

Make sure you watch the video below! Jax makes a special guest appearance at the end to inspect my work! Haha!!

Thanks …
